    I wanted a new item that was very difficult to find on the web. I placed an "email alert" on the item. I orderder the item the same day I got notified that it was in stock and I received it in three working days. Im very happy with the this transaction with TechOnWeb and I would do business with them again.

    TechOnWeb billed my credit card 11/19/2008, and shipped (according to them) the 22nd, yet to date are still unable to give me tracking information, even after repeated promises otherwise.I am filing a dispute with the credit card company, on their advice, as the item is not to be billed until it is shipped.

    I was going to pay $300 extra for a laptop from Sonys online store, but I took a risk and bought it from TechOnWeb. Im glad I did, because everything went smoothly and I saved money. 10 minutes after I placed my order, a rep from TechOnWeb called to say my credit card had stopped the order for security reasons. Once that was cleared, the laptop was shipped on the same day. It took 4 days because the shipping company doesnt deliver on weekends. If I ordered on Monday, I would have gotten it in 2 days. You have 20 days from ship date to return a product for a full refund, but I havent had any problems at all. Ill be buying from this site again.
